• Are under the age of 18
• Are pregnant or breastfeeding
• Have an open wound or infectious skin condition
• Are allergic to anesthetic ingredients 
• Are sunburnt in the treatment area
• Have a pacemaker
• Are prone to keloid scarring 
• Are taking Bisphosphonate medication
• Have had chemo in the last 12 months
• Have been on Accutane in the last 12 months
• Have active eczema, psoriasis or dermatitis in the area to be treated 
• Have an active cold sore - lips only
• Have Glaucoma - eyeliner only
• Are using lash serums - eyeliner only
• Have lash extensions - eyeliner only

All cosmetic tattoo procedures require a consultation prior and a medical consent form to be submitted. Additionally, a wait period is required if...

• Anticipate having any facial injections (i.e. Botox, Disport, Juvaderm, Silk, Volume, Spectra etc.) - 2 weeks
• Have used Accutane (full dose) - 1 year
• You have sunburned skin - 2 weeks
• Use Retinols, Glycolic Acid, AHA Vitamin C Peels acne treatments or salicylic acid in the brow area - 4 weeks
• You have received the Shingles or COVID Vaccine - 4 weeks
• You had laser removal of old PMU: 8 Weeks AT LEAST
• Currently taking fish oil(s): 2 weeks
• No deep exfoliation in the brow area for at least 2 weeks prior to the procedure (e.g. HydroLux, deep exfoliating facials)
• No brow tinting or laminating 2 weeks prior to the procedure
• Any waxing should be performed at least 48 hours before the procedure: Electrolysis no less than 5 days before the procedure
• Anticipate or having any peels/laser, micro-needling within 4 weeks of appointment
